Terms of service

Please notify Nibble and Nourish via email at least 7 days before your event if you need to cancel or make any changes to your order. If your order is cancelled or rescheduled within 7 business days the total will be forfeited due to our supplier ordering cut off times. If you cancel or reschedule outside of the 7 days, we will refund you 90% of your order and retain 10% for administration fees.

If you have any dietary requirements or special requests these must be pre-arranged with Nibble and Nourish to avoid any confusion or disappointment. Additional charges may apply for late changes. 

Nibble and Nourish will arrive at the delivery/event address approx. 45 minutes - 1 hour prior to your event start time to set up your Grazing Table. During this time, we kindly ask that your guests do not eat the food being displayed before we are finished setting up your table. We prefer to work without a crowd to ensure the table is complete and able to be photographed before your guests arrive, and to also move safely around the area and pack up our eskies.

Supplied inventory (platter boards, dip bowls, cheese knives etc.) need to be cleaned and left outside your front door the Monday after your event for us to pick up (or as otherwise arranged).

For Interstate events, we will provide disposable dip bowls and display boards for your order so will not have anything for you to clean or us to collect. This means you can throw everything in the bin after all the food has been eaten. If you specifically want our wooden boards and dip bowls etc. we will charge an additional travel fee to return.

Nibble and Nourish will attempt to pick up our inventory once. If you are not home or items are not left out for collection, you will be required to return to us, or you may pay a pick up fee of $30. 

Supplied inventory is to remain in the condition it was provided. You will be liable to replace any items if they are lost and/or damaged. 

Nibble and Nourish does not provide tables. We will need a sturdy, clean table or bench to set up on that is a minimum of 1m long and 60cm wide.

All food provided on our platters and grazing tables are hand selected from all local grocers and of the freshest quality for that current season. Therefore, items may vary. If you have any special requests, or dietary requirements, these must be discussed prior to securing your booking.

Nibble and Nourish handle and transport all food in accordance with the ACT Health Food Act 2001, however as our produce is supplied from external providers, Nibble and Nourish accept no responsibility for illness incurred from consuming these products. 

Nibble and Nourish is a fully certified, licensed and insured Food Business.

Nibble and Nourish require a cool shaded area to set up our spreads. We recommend consuming food within 4 hours and if it’s over 25 degrees to have the food inside with air conditioning.
